Vitra Design Museum – The museum building was Frank O. Gehry’s first building in Europe.

The Vitra Design Museum, founded in 1989 by Vitra CEO Rolf Fehlbaum, is a heaven for designer chair lovers as it is internationally renowned for its world’s largest collections of modern furniture design.

Located in Weil am Rhein, Germany, the museum produces workshops, publications and museum products, as well as maintaining an archive, a restoration and conservation laboratory, and a research library.

The museum also organises guided tours of the Vitra premises, a major attraction to those interested in modern architecture.
